I have been growing 3 plants that i have had under 2 T12 48" fluorescent Warm and cool bulbs.

The other day I found 2 HPS 70 watt lamps for $15 each at Home Depot.

So now I have the T12 48" with two cool bulbs and the 2 HPS Lamps on them.

Two of them are doing fine and look great and growing really fast but one has kind of slowed down and now is curling. This started when i got the HPS but thats the only thing that i have changed.

this is from my other one.

no worries, everything looks fine. And if you are taking about the "V" shape they are curling into thats ok.....that just means that are light happy. (normally)

Yeah that does look fine, i use them cool whites for rooting only, way to little light and are blue spectrum. Spend the little bit of money and get one conversion bulb(covers blue/red spectrum) and a hps ballast 650watt/120volt. Rig it up to an intermatic timer and forget about it. Now you got a veg and bud bulb, plus some light. If you don't like this cause of cost at least get two more hps bulbs to replace those cool whites definately!
