What's wrong with my poor plant?

First time grow here, just as an experiment with some old seeds until we figure out the process.

Anyway, of the 5 seeds we germinated, two of them we viable. One shot up quickly, the other took it's time. Now, under the exact same conditions, the one who grew up quickest is dying and the runt is flourishing. From what I read it could be heat issues or nutrient deficiency. We're only running a single 125w CFL at the moment.


Can I save the dying one? What should I change for the both?

what temperature does it get and what is your watering schedule?

that looks like nutrient burn. did you flush your soil when you first planted?
