Whats wrong with my plants !:(

Hey guys i'm trying to nip this in the bud right now. I think it is cause of low nitrogen but the water i use is from the tap but i lower the ph from 7.3 to around 6-6.4 in the water before each watering idk if that could be the case? i have a grow kit coming from nirvana im guessing it will come with something that could help me. Also i took these pictures yesterday and its gotten slightly worse since then i was angry that the leaves looked like shit so the few that were really bad i just took off.

just from looking id say get them in better soil if you can afford to.

i could maybe this weekend but this is the only soil i could find in home depot that didn't have mirical grow in it

the ph is around 6-6.4 but ive been trying to higher it a little and i havent used nutes im waiting for a package in the mail which has them.
