Whats wrong with my plant?

All of the leaves on this plant seem to be mutated and its growing like its retarded. The plant is very stemy and all of the other plants in the bucket system are doing fine. very funky.. any idea on what it could be/should I be concerned?

no its not. it always looked funky from the beginning but i just let it grow out and it seems to be growing fine.. just looks retarded

As long as it's growing and doing fine not to worry. Sometime micro damage to the seed could cause a mutation. I have a strain that's missing a finger clone after clone.
