What's wrong with my plant?

As a newbie, I made the common error of overwatering. (They say you can't overwater rockwool. HA!).
Plant looks otherwise healthy, but some of the fan leaves, about mid-height, have this look. Some also have a few tiny bumps here and there. Any idea what the problem is? I tried very hard to diagnose it, a lot of issues seem to look very similar to me.
Please help!

What are you feeding the plant? And do you ph your water to adjust for the rockwool? Looks like a nutrient deficiency caused by PH lockout to me.
Edit: since rock-wool has a naturally high ph you should have soaked then in a low ph water in between 5.5 to 6.5. Hope this helps!

I feed Jack's321, with occasional Tribus, pond cleaner, and Southern Ag Garden Friendly Biological Fungicide.

My biggest mistake was blindly following the "crop steering" directions from Grodan, by feeding multiple shots throughout the day with final two feedings in the day to run off, when the babies were transplanted into 4 inch cubes.

Yes, I did the 5.5 soak, and then all feedings are ph'ed to 5.8, since I read that 5.8 is the most bioavailable ph. drain off measures at 6.5 to 6.8, with PPM of about 300 to 400 higher than feeding.

Are you using cal mag? Or another calcium source? If you are using calcium nitrate I suggest phosphorus deficiency.

No, not using Cal Mag. I get my Cal from Jacks Part B Cal/Nitrate and Mag from Epsom salt (Mag Sulfate). So, should I reduce Cal Nit, and somehow find another source for Phosporus? What's a good cheap source?

I am not familiar with the way you grow, but it sounds like you have hard times with proper treatment. Before you start to mess with jacks which is used by lot of growers with great results I would suggest to correct that first. That leaf looks like pH issue, but diagnosis based on one single leaf given on the table might be missleading. Good luck!

I think that the problem is still PH. Calcium nitrate raises the PH and you are growing in rockwool which is naturally alkaline.I think you may have inadvertently locked out nutrients this way. your runoff is a little high at 6.8 for Rockwool. I'd lower the PH to 5.4 with every feeding. You never want runoff to exceed a PH of 6.5 in rockwool.

Don't change the 321 recipe. Do consider pH. The calcium nitrate has more than enough calcium already.
