What’s wrong with my buds?

Two things happened that should not have. You trimmed the leaves and you overfed. Next time leave the leaves and cut back on the ppm's. Not much you can do for that plant at this point.

You could use more light as well.

Yeah i mean these, inside the bud there are more leaf fingers hidden, it looks like 1

What's your npk ratio? This looks like classic excess N during flowering. What about your temps?
