Whats wrong here? It looks like retarded

2 weeks after germ and looks like shit. Their leafs are so crispy that falls apart if i bend them. its an og#18, no nutes, only allmix soil. my other plant (same age) is fine and healthy.

Not all seeds grow into 100% healthy vigorous plants dude. Imo it's just a disabled plant. I find some breeders have higher rates than others for disabled plants but even the best of breeders still have a chance of their seeds doing it, it's something we can't prevent from happening really.
