whats up with this seedling

Kinda looks like it has stem rot at the bottom. Overwatering maybe.

really i havent done much watering just a foliar spray here and there

try watering it instead of spraying

just did they fellt really lite like they didnt have much water in them

no foliar, just water around the stem and be done with it....no need for extra stuff at the moment.
