What's Up With My Clones???

Hey Folks,
Six days since I started my clones. In rockwool cubes and looking healthy.
Where the stem is coming out of the rockwool, it's thick and white, almost crystally.

Is this normal? I didn't see any mention of this anywhere. I'm hoping that it's a good sign.:-?

They're from a flowering plant at about two and half weeks.
No roots but seem to be set firmly in the cube.

Any thoughts?:peace:

From my experience when they take the stems start to go white at the bottom. Try not to pull any out though ;-)

Next time you take some try and get them a little smaller, they take quicker and easier.

Thanks NGT,
These were the lowest branches on a plant I'm flowering. I trimmed them off and threw them in the trash. I didn't think about using them for clones till an hour later. I just clipped them, split them up the middle and dipped them.

I pulled one out to see what was going on. It was all white with very tiny stubs of roots coming out. The white is above the cubes a half inch or so.
I guess there doing ok, just taking longer because of the size.

Thanks for the input.:peace:
