kinda showed up over night not sure what it is only on 2 small spots it's white and kinda rubs off.

That could be powdery mildew. Or it could be some outside anomily that spews white jizz on your plants. Who knows. To stop it if it is p.m. Just mix one teaspoon of baking soda with a spray bottle of water and spray them every two or three days for a weekish. Then less frequently as maintenance. Also stop watering at night if you are. Wet leaves going into night time dont dry well. Especially in bushy plants. ;)
 
Lol nah no semen but update just checked plants and white substance is gone with no trace of it ever being there very strange!!!
