What's this Bug?

My garden is very infected by this little white fuckers, they're in all my plants although I don't know if they are doing significant harm, please take a look and tell me what it is and how to get rid of them.

Whitefly...

Get some sticky pads...they sell 'm specifically for whitefly, yellow, cause they're attracted to that color

Looks like those nats that like to fly over a lawn. I bet your growing outdoors or your grow room is near a lawn? I could be wrong.

I grow indoors but I'm in a provisional room right now that's not even sealed so I knew I could have some bugs..
