What's the problem guys

Seems like the last week or so it hasn't grown any the starter leafs started to rot away so I trimmed her a bit should I just give up it looks unhappy droopy never perked up anymore

Did you transplant into that cup? Or did it start there?

Let the soil dry out completely. Maybe poke more drain holes. Be careful not to overwater.

She's probably growing roots now. Once the roots bottom out, she'll take off.
