What's the chance of Southern Ontario having a hot winter again?

I started my plants pretty late( germinated em 2 weeks ago ). They are about 4 inches tall right now, do you think they'll have a fighting chance with such a late start? I'm hoping we have no snow till December again, but here in the Great White North what are the chances. And is there any way I can help my plants survive a frost?

Here in the great white north we can only hope for the best, but if you don't want to take any chances you can build a nice little greenhouse fairly cheap

After growing 9+ years in Southern Ontario I would have to say it is a little late to start outdoors.
