Whats the best spectrum from sprouts to flowering?

I used to use just daylight bulbs and ever since i switched to half red half blue Ive been seeing allot more rapid growth in my babies..

is full spectrum better for seedlings and should i switch to full daylight spectrum in a few weeks, then go to all red?

just trying to figure out the best spectrum's for each stage of growth

blue for veg,red for flowering.
