I'm using General Hydroponics MaxiGro and MaxiBloom....so far so good. It's a dry mix.

I've been reading good things about Dyna-Gro too...

if you're organic, there's no beating Super Bloom by organicdynamics.com all inclusive granular nutrients.

I liked Technaflora Recipe for Success Starter Kit when I was 1st learning about nutes & their application. You got a bit of everything & a recipe as how to mix them....& if you pay attention to what you are doing, & what you're mixing together, you can learn a lot.

Good Luck With Your Grow!!

This thread could go on for months LOL. I grew with General Hydroponics 3 part for over 20 years with outstanding results. I believe that Sunshine #4 soiless mix and GH 3 part is the best starter setup for a new grower. Today I use Cutting Edge 3 part, and am loving it. Many of the above suggestions are very good nutes. Just find a complete and simple nute formula, pay attention to PH and TDS, and never worry about it again. Your time is much better spent on atmosophere control and canopy shape management. We run a pretty good sized grow (20K), spend 8 - 10 hrs/day there with 2 people, but we never talk about or work on nutrients. Once you've got your nutes figured out, there's nothing to do on that front. It's now all about plant training, light distribution, spacing, and crop timing. Good luck to you.
