What's in vape resin?

After smoking a lot of concentrates, the mouthpiece of my pen get's quite a bit of resin accumulated. Whenever I scrape it and vape the residue, it doesn't seem to vape that well and doesn't seem too potent like one would expect.

Since there should be no tar from vaping what is in the residue?

It's reclaim, decarboxylated cannabinoids.

Rick Simpson said that the very best "theoretical" RSO (Rick Simpson Oil) would be "Vape Juice". I have a bunch in my Extreme Q whip. Some reached the end and got in my mouth the other day. Tasted "good", no chlorophyll, and tasted nothing like putting "hash oil" in my mouth.
