Whats happening in cali

well i hate to be the one to say i told you all so.. just like here in oregon your clubs are getting shut down also.. and most of you argued with me over this.. like i said its just going to get worse for us medical marijuana patiants all over due to all of the sales going on in EVERY STATE..

Some of our clubs are getting shut down, not all of them. The clubs that obey all the regulations set before them will stay open. The ones that don't will shut their doors.

They are going after the "for profit" clubs so anyone that was not doing it to the letter of the law should be getting a notice.

The way I see it is Laws are made with money. If medical marijuana is used in place of other medications they wont sell as much.
Right now they got the money to influence the law makers. The voice of the people doesn't mean shit.

Just look at the main reason cannabis is illegal in the first place.

All clubs in Cali operate as non-profits. The difference between for-profit and non-profit clubs is just a matter of how good their accountants are. And they have said they are going after all of the clubs now.

Well, clubs are supposed to give back to tbe community and offer other services than only weed. Some clubs do this, most clubs dont. Some club owners set their salary very high making them a target. Anyways, its all fucking bullshit. We killed people In other countries so as to respect the sovergnty of their vote. Now we do this? I call bullshit!

Isnt that 90% of the dispensaries. They all are charging 400 dollars a ounce or close to it. Rather then lower the prices of meds they just increase their salary up into the high 6 figures if not millions.

I noticed that when i went to certain dispensaries they would only do cash sales and the ones that claimed they were 100% legal would get upset if you paid cash, the dispensary owner would tell us he was one of the only legit dudes in town.

so was a portion of the indian casinos and from the lottery was to go to our cities and schools. look what that gets us.

you think thats bad the port here in coos bay bought the rail road system here and it needs a hell of a lot of work. i drove threw the boat basin and were their office is and noticed they had bought 5 brand new 2011 dodge rams.. funds, and goverment loans, we see were they go.

watch yur moth little boy.. no need to get your panties in an uproar. i was not ofending the native ameicans.. i was just saying our citys and schools see none of that money, if we did schools would not be getting shut down and the roads would be better.. oh and thats what the so called gas tax is used our rod repair..

Some of these depisaries that were riaded made millions and paid little taxxes and the growers justify 250+ dollars an hour for plant care plus expense, these r the operations being targeted and ones not in compliance with zoning laws. Some of u r not even on the same level most of the places getting closed r bad and r part of a wide spread problem including cartles and so on. I know several nocal grow not forums peeps that will not grow next year so these outsider can be targeted. Every body is hiding behind our delicate law and its time it be cleaned up before its gone
