I went ahead and watered and realized how sad she was.... how long it take for her to perk back up.. or is this a humity thing?

It'll be fine. You should always water in the plant's "morning" instead of at their dark period though, so do that going forward. The sun will cause the plant to use the water throughout the day.

Also, only water when the pot feels light. If you have an extra pot, fill it with dry medium. When you go to water, lift both pots. If they feel relatively equivalent, water until you get runoff.

Okay got it on that .morning water! Thank you! I mainly water my veggies at night so I'll need to switch that all around... I water those at night because I used to see my tomatoes get burnt from the harsh sun here and the water drops. But I'll make it work! And yes the pot was very light! So I'm guessing its more of a night time long day droop thank you!!
