whats Causing This

ok i have a outdoor plant about 6 1/2-7 1/2 weeks old it had bugs but ive been spaying it with some stuff that should be working...now its only brown spots on my leaves and some holes and my bottom leave like turned brown and yellow and died so are the bugs not dead or whats causing this

brown spots sounds like pH imbalance and the holes. what chem are you using to kill the bugs? and what kind of bugs?
