Hi

well title asks the question, this is just the main cola of one of three female plants i have goin on my first grow. The seeds were from bagseed looks very very sativa. 400w hps, 24 days veg now on day 50 of flowering so day 74 all together. grown in hempy buckets using fox farm grow big and big bloom and H2O2.
any comments welcome.

Yes its definitely Sativa dominant... and looks pretty good.

its getting tough to wait for it to finish lately, heh, i guess that happens to most people on there first grow. only about 25% of the hairs are turning brown and its not real crystally yet but it smells so sweet

I can only hope for similar fat colas from my Sativa's...

yeah its kinda funny actually that particular plant has some larger buds farther down the main stem but only the very bottom two nodes on a 4 ft plant stick out from the main stem so if ya just look at the top it kinda looks like i tried to lollipop it but thats just the way it turned out

it provides extra oxygen for the plants roots, as when growing in a hempy bucket its sort of hydroponic growing but the plants reservoir doesnt have an air pump to oxygenate the water. and it kills anything that might want to grow on the roots that could harm the plant, unfortunately it kills good organisms too but it is also supposed to help prevent overwatering

h2o2 does kill alge in you hydro system and it does bring oxygen to your roots. but i wouldnt suggest using h2o2 if your using anything organic.

sorry man i only use senthetic nutes with hydro. the only organic in my life is ultimate pro-mix organic(peat based with seaweed extract) and its not 100% organic.

Hey here is that same plant a week later, wondering if ya'll think its gettin close to harvest, sorry i know the pics arent great but its the best i can do currently, any comments most surely welcome and appreciated
the plant is on day 81 of its life and day 57 of flowering it seems to be very sativa and was from bagseed. its under a 400w hps in a hempy bucket and has been fed foxfarm grow big and tiger bloom thanks again

wellz, i harvested that plant a while back and it was decent, although i think i could have let it go another week or two and been better off, i am glad to have learned what i did from that grow though
