What ya think of this cfl set up?

I will be building this hood. The only difference being I will have my cfls set up like this. What do ya think?

each bracket represents bulbs in double socket.

[6500k-6500k] [5000k-5000k] [2700k-2700k] [5000k-5000k] [6500k-6500k] for veg

OR

[6500k-6500k] [6500k-6500k] [2700k-2700k] [6500k-6500k] [6500k-6500k] for veg

[6500k-6500k] [2700k-2700k] [2700k-2700k] [2700k-2700k] [6500k-6500k] for flower



is that too much light for a 4x2 set up? and is what im doing trying to get a nice full spectrum wrong or right?
