last year i used to supply a local dispensary with flowers. i did this a few times over a short period of time. during a visit to the dispensary i noticed a cop writing down the license plates of the cars parked in front of the dispensary, including my car. I continued to walk past my car to another store until the cop left. about 6 months ago i was taking out trash to curb at about 2 am when i saw a cruiser parked across the street one house down with the cop standing next to his car. i saw this twice in one month.

i haven't seen any other police since then. what do you guys think? i feel like they are monitoring me looking for something.

next time approach him with some coffee and donuts.....and feel him out
cops love donuts! .....and to be feeled out-

you could be nonchalant and ask him whats going on?
--like in those mafia movies--

--or stay a 'little' paranoid and stay safe
xactly the reason i have never been to dispensaries except to purchase-

if they follow me home for buying a gram then the jokes on them!
except for when they try and follow me .....i always end up following them-

yeah and hope ur not in oakland(nazis)

cops writing down license plate # at the disp --never go back
most of the data mining going on right now is to fish out vendors-

they will watch for years until they think they got somthing-$$$

I would assume that LEO vice crime investigations and stakeouts would not be done in marked vehicles and/or with uniformed officers.

Sounds like random police parked cause like TheMan said they wouldn't send uniformed marked cars, if your legal on a state level then why worry so much just keep vigilant and stay legal.

Sad to say but for the most part the old days of knock and talk as well as surveillance are not all to common unless its a big case . The fact that your garbage was not taken says it is safe , otherwise it would be gone and anything in it illegal can be used to obtain a warrant , simple little trick that Leo has used for years .

I would not even bother to fear random shit like so as lifes too short for one to worry and stress . If they wanted you they would have already kicked your door down while playing a little game of red lazer tag with you .

I would have walked up and simply asked the officer if everything was ok as it is your neighborhood and right to be concerned about its well being in general .

all good points guys, thanks for bringing an objective side to this. i live in the NE tip of detroit area along the river. in retrospect i suppose it's a good thing my garden took a serious dive the past year otherwise i might have been caught for being a vendor/supplier, if they were tracking me at the time.
