the thing is, ive only ever gotten sexual with one dude, and he was cut, but i never blew him or fucked him (chickened out). Idk if it would be a deal breaker, but id problably be nice and get him off without fucking, then call it a day. this is of course, unless we are dating, cause if he was my bf, id just accept him as he was. the dude I have messed around with did have some issues with his junk.. not cleanliness or anything actually on the penis, im not going into details, but since it was not on his dick, I just gently avoided the area. yeah i know ive done research on female circumcision... thats just wrong. a guy, well, its a hygeine thing. but on a girl, they do it so that girls dont experience sexual pleasure... sometimes they even make the vaginal hole smaller so a guy can enjoy "a tight virgin pussy". a guy can still experience alot of pleasure having been circumsized... a girl, not so much

i know. it actually makes it harder for a woman to give birth to a healthy baby, the smaller opening can lead to trauma on the baby, sometimes rendering them mentally injured as the head slips past the opening... its sick. they dont even use surgical tools or antibiotics... they sharpen up a peice of metal or glass and go to work
