What would you do?

So for this years harvest I'm trying to plan early...

I have two options for drying.

Option 1: crawl space above screened porch. The ceiling of the porch is white vinyl with vent holes in them. Like this: http://m.lowes.com/pd/Georgia-Pacific-Vinyl-Siding-WhitePebble-Triple-Vented-Soffit-Common-12-in-x-12-ft-Actual-12-in-x-12-ft/50106928

Good airflow through porch below crawl space because of screens and possibility for srong odor low.

Option 2: crawl space/attic above living quarters. No real direct opening to fresh air. I could remove the duct for the exhaust fan, it's been a while since I'm up there so I'll have to check. Possible to stink the whole place up though.

Big factor: this is at my family's cabin, the potential for someone to go visit in the 7-10 days of drying is low but possible.

What would you do??

Attic. At least you can mask the smell in the house. You cant rewly mask it outside when someone walks up.
