What would you do? (attitude problems)

I placed an order from Attitude about a month ago...and while attempting to pay for it through sagepay the payment timed out. I tried again and the payment went through. I then got two emails stating the payment had processed twice...so the payment that timed out somehow actually processed.
No big deal right? I immediately contacted both Sagepay and Attitude and explained the situation, provided all of the appropriate information, and asked to either have the order shipped twice or refunded. Sagepay explained that they are not the ones to talk to and that Attitude would handle any refund that would be given.
Over the next 3 weeks I emailed back and forth with Jodie about the issue and she apologized on a number of occassions saying the problem would be taken care of. I was never rude or pushy...and never emailed more than once every 5 days. Now, 1 month later, nothing has been done yet AND Jodie will not respond to any email I send.
I have 3 options:

1. Cut my losses and count it as the cost of doing business.
2. Try to continue to play the game with Attitude and hope they decide to live up to their rep as a company with good customer service.
3. Dispute the charge with my CC company....although I'm not sure I want that kind of attention.

So- what would you do?

or you could stop emailing each other n just ring them
easy
just get the time right call them up n sort it out

They came through....took a month but they apologized and refunded the moolah. Another great experience.

i order from attitude quite a bit and never had issues you could always do a chargeback with your bank :)
