what would be less noise?

This is probably going to be my biggest issue sound control that is so every little bit helps. sp I was just about to order one of these metal duct reducers but relised they had a plastic one and thought it would be quieter i guess less fibration im not sure what you think?

Try insulated ducting and if you can hang the fan

yer i have got that covered also making an mdf box around my fan with insulation inside. i guess ill get the plastic reducers
