What week are these flowers in?

Hey all, I've got a bush outdoors that seems its a bit far from flowering. Im still a bit of a newbie so Im looking for some insight on how long my plant has to go before harvest. Here she is -

I'd say no further than week 3. Can't see much of any trichomes forming. Kinda blurry though.

There are trichs on the sugar leaves but that's about it it seems. So hopefully I can take her to mid/late October. We will see what the weather says about that hah

If your plant isn't falling down or snapping branches, its not close to ready.

Buds look like they are about three weeks in. Just right for dusting a touch of pollen on one of the lowers.

If I needed to, how could I prevent them from dying due to frost? Anyone have experience with that? Thanks for the help guys

A light frost don't really hurt them. When it's down in the 20's you have to cover them. In the teens, you have to cover and heat the space.

Where are you located? When did you start seeing the stretch? When were they planted?

I'm in the upper northeast, started seeing the stretch end of July, and they were planted the beginning of may.

Still quite a while. Don't go by breeders description. Frost won't hurt your plants, freeze will.
