you OMMP patiants that are selling your meds i hope you get busted.. i am a patiant and grower and now that the law for dispenseriers and selling is not legal. what you all are doing is wrong and your just makeing it look like a drug instead of medicine.. why is your clinics still up and running i'll never know..

not bad, except most growers and i really mean MOST are in it for the cash all they want is money and they supply with shit meds and not very much. their are some great companionable growers though, ive met 2.
i think it should stop as well but i doubt it, sooner or later they will get busted, 4 were busted here in southern oregon a few weeks ago.

why does everyone get all pissy when someone is turning a profit for MJ? Why is trying to make a legit business out of MJ frowned on?? it seems like oregon has retarded legislators like nevada..

no one bitches about how much merc, and watson or the other pharmaceutical companies make...i think they should let the dispensaries open and operate like any other business....and lets face it...people smoke weed to get high, this whole "im a patient" thing is getting fuckin old. we're fuckin stoners! if they legalized it on the federal level you wouldnt hear anymore of this "patient" bullshit.

what about the "patients" that cant grow, or dont have the option of obtaining a caregiver?? i guess fuck them right?

you have a valid point but right now it is not legal on a fed level and most likely wont ever be. so now that medical patients and growers are selling it makes others look bad and they frown upon us we can be discriminated against for using it even if legal. i to think the dispensaries should be legal.
and no REAL patients dont smoke just to get high, i know i dont i have very bad back pains and sleep disorders, i know many growers who dont even smoke it and use thc rubs and edibles just to get the pain gone. and i dont see any reason for a care giver. all a care giver does is take the meds to you and your grower can legally do that. and the patients that cant grow can always get a grower. its not that hard to find one

I know we are all horrible for trying to make a living. I grew long before it was legal, and if it goes illegal here again i will too. The laws are a joke, and if you truely think they are any worse than you you are very wrong, remember the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT still considers you illegal, so if you hope i go to jail, i hope you go to jail. I am not stupid enough to sell to somone i don;t know, thats just stupid, but you shouldn't be wanting people to go to jail for a fucking plant that you grow illegally also.
Dont be such a hypocrite and realize that this is a part of making it truely legal and not spending billions of dollars jailing people for a plant.

i dont want any one to go to jail, i think it would be better if card holders did not sell though it makes others look bad and makes medical marijauna look bad. if it is donations or what ever then thats cool.
before i got my card i admit i was selling, i was selling only enough to pay for my own pot so i could medicate. i sold only to a few people i thought were close friends2-3 people. i got my card and continued to sell untill my first harvest cuz then i would not have to sell to get my medicine. I was not stupid enough to sell to any one i didnt know either but guess what i still got busted and guess who it was, it was my supposed best friend 1 of the 3 people i sold to and he snitched on me and wore wires when he would buy. i dont wish anything bad to happin to you or any one else, i just think it should stop in the medical community.

so be care full weather they are people you can trust or not man. id hate to see another medical patient busted.
and FYI marijuana will never be legal and if it is you wont be able to grow legal, or sell. it will be just like cigerates or alc. it will all be controlled by the gov.
and also the gov. has already spent trillions on jailing people and busting them for marijauna

I don't want anyone to get busted. I want dispensaries, so that licensed producers can make an honest living.

I want legalization, so people that want to smoke marijuana, can. I want this country to stop the hypocrisy of the last century, and let us smoke a joint when we get home from a good day of work.

I think people getting busted is bad for MMJ, but C'MON FOLKS! We live in a capitalist nation, we have a demand for a product, a proven market for a product, a product that will not kill regardless of the dose, and folks willing to supply that same product? Where is the fucking problem?

And anyone that thinks that MMJ would be anywhere without growers that are knowledgeable ( I mean the ones that were knowledgeable at the time when MMJ was legalized....you know.... the ones that did it illegally until then), you are being silly. These are the people that gave you 20 years of knowledge when you were just a newb. These are the people that troubleshot your grow when you had problems.

Just remember, whether you like marijuana for medicine, fun or both.....we are all on the same team. We want the same things, some are just more patient than others.

4 what dealers or despenseries.. i would love to get what i put into my grow back. i have checked and called non profit attornys and they are all gung hoo, but when i got my script renewd voter power told me to be carfull as despenseries are not legal..


what im most pissed off about and over is the adds on craigs list of grows looking for donations.. what the fuck that is so ilegal

i say learn how to grow.. we weren't ginin this privlage of medical marijuana to sell.. there will be plenty of time when they legalize it here.. and i hope they make despenceries legal.. i don't even step into them here any more.

i think the only reason despenseries havn't gotten busted is cuz obama told the feds to lay off..

local police can still do something, they are the ones who busted the 4 shops here

yes and they and they do , do compliance checks. iv been hearing of growers going to for being over the limit

You missed what he told them he said not to interfere if they are in unambiguous compliance with medical laws, how do they know if you are in unambiguous compliance unless they come in and check? Here in colorado a grower decided to go on 9 news and say he was living the American Dream, gonna make $400,000 this year. That shit didn't even air and the DEA was in there, when asked about it the head of the DEA said if he didn't go in he would not have been doing his job. That guy was facing a manditory minimum of 60 years, plead out at 5. So do you really think the DEA doesn't mess with people? I live in the most regulated state in the country, and the busts are happening daily now, regardless of what Obama said.
I just hope you reap what you sow, if you want us to get busted, i want you to get busted, seems fair to me, we are all breaking the law, for some reason you just seem to think local laws are more important that federal, but our system is set up the other way.
