What type of Mushroom is this?

I have about a dozen yellow shrooms growing next to one of my Palm Trees and I was curious what it is...it is bright yellow everywhere, even under the cap.

I live in Southwest Florida if that is important and here is a picture:


Anyone familiar with this? If so what can you tell me about it?

Yea I didn't plan on eating it either way but I wanted to find out what it was...I guess it turns out to be a common plant shroom. Florida is so hard to find shrooms lol...who woulda thought

have those growing in my strawberries, they like potting soil. not edible.

That's a joke, right? I lived in Florida when I was younger and had no problems finding shrooms.
