what type of lighting is this?

found a light at a sale for $5.00 cant tell if its HPS or MH it says HITEK LIGHTING lamp type M47, watts 1000, P.R.I VOLTS 4.80 , P.R.I AMPS 2.30, HERTZ 60. is it a hps or mh and can it be hooked up to 110? cord is on it looks like a monster light!! THANKS FOR ANY HELP YOU WILL GET PLUS REP!!

It should have the lamp type somewhere on it. Can u post a pic ?that would help a lot

A pic would be great.I guess hitek lighting would be the company that sold it.It sounds like a high bay light fixture.I dont think its a metal halide/hps system.

SAYS M47 MH light i bet money on it!! it IS a mh or hps light i know that much i did a google too and couldn't find it.

Well i cant really tell what it is because anything im getting on it is telling me high bay fixture.

Ttried googling it, and came up with 1hit and it said metal halide
