What to expect

I cannot use HPS due to spacing/over heating issues. I can only use CPL, and im growing 3 plants. Ima flower at around 14 inches. What yield can I expect with just CPL? Ive heard of high yield with CPL....

By CPL im sure u mean CFL, yields depend on lots of variables so noone can say for sure, what i can say for sure is that u would get a bigger yield using HID´s....

I know I would get better yeilds with HPS but you still didn't really answer the question. Everything else in my set up is fine, but due to space I'm unable to use HPS. Say opitium conditions...am I expecting too much for say around half ounce to one ounce dry weight? My bad 5 CFL 125 Watt. Its basically just as good as a 400W HPS but the spectrum is different, basicly same lumens...

a 1/2 ounce is definitely not unreasonable for 125w of CFL's. CFL's are drastically under rated and i think you will be pleasantly surprised with the outcome. a 1/2 ounce is a very good assumption for yield. with the right ventilation and proper nutrient feeding, you might even yield higher than that.

No way 5x125w cfl´s produce as much lummens as a 400w HPS...u have more wattage but u dont get more lummens, even if u´re using 125w envirolites...and like i said before u can only estimate the yield cause there are to many variables....(not only atmosphere variables)...
According to the enviro manufaturer the enviros put out 47 lummens per watt wich would amount 5875 lummens per bulb and a grand total of 29375 lummens....my 400w HPS puts out 52 000 lummens...there is a big difference don´t u think????

Sure lummens are a big factor but don't forget to consider the spectrum as well nutes etc... There are many arguments, personally I opt for MH for veg and HPS for flower but have seen bigger yields with less lummens from led's. Best advice is to work with what you have available to you and learn as much as you can about nutes, CO2 and other factors that play huge roles in maximizing your yield potential.

Good luck on your grow!

Possibly a few grams per plant. Depends on how many cfls if you have a good amount of cfls than you could get high yields such as an oz per plant
