What to do?

well I recently germinated some Super Girl. I am growing with 1000 watts in a aeroponics system. My question is I have been vegging for two weeks and wanted to veg for about two more. Is a month sufficient ammount of time to veg and how badly could this effect my yield? I vegged way too long last time and the plants stretched and grew way too tall under the HPS. I wanted to switch them over to 12/12 HPS much sooner this time to counter the over growth.

Vegging is totally up to you, although the reason they became leggy and not growng well was because the lower parts were not getting enough light penetration. I hear you should veg till your plants are around half the size you ant them to be. I think a month is probably a good time depending on how big they get. You could hit flowering right now and do more of a sog setup if you can get your plants close enough to make use of the light. Just harvest nice colas and forget about buds on branches. I dunno, I'd wait for someone else to chime in with better information.

I'll top them and concentrate on a minumum of two Colas per plant. But I am Mylared up so I don't see a problem with the branches producing well. Light is not an issue this time around. I think you helped me decide. I am going to top them at the end of this week and flower them in two. I appreciate the responce.
