What to do with this weird lady

Hi fellas,

So as a couple of you know, I started a White Widow last month. However, I ripped one of her cotyledons when tried to remove the shell….. :dunce: Anyways, she has been growing with ABSOLUTELY no internod space. I switch to 12/12 2 weeks ago just to finish these two ladies (I have a Cheese too). So this ladies are already showing some preflowers but the White Widow keeps getting weird.

So does anybody have an idea something I should try? She doesnt even have space for growing her flowers. Im open to suggestions that are not related to "just get rid of her". Cheers!

Ps. Dont worry if you dont understand the picture very well. It is even hard for me to understand what the hell is going on even when I am right in front of her.

i would grow it out assuming space is not a factor.....I had a runt finish okay, not great but produced 17 grams
This lady is as big as a big cannabis leaf, if she gave me 17g I would be fucking impressed. I dont even know how to go on nutes with her if any. I might just give her water until harvest.

Canna,
Maybe when the cotyledon was torn off...it tore some of the DNA out and made it into a mutant.

Seriously, if you don't want to get rid of it...well what are the options? Just keep growing it. It may need a little training or perhaps some branches or leaves removed. But just have some fun and try and shape it into a plant that could produce maximum budsites.
Peace,
JD

JD,

That is the thing, I think she is already late for HST or LST. I dont know if its good to train plants after they are getting to their flowering. In the other hand if I dont do anything I will probably get a firm and very tight popcorn out of her . About the DNA, well I would say I tore most of it if I judge her form haha. I wonder if I could give nutrients to her without burning her. If so, I dont know if I should proceed with a flowering nutrient with more P and less N as it is proper of a flowering phase. However, if I judge her size I could consider giving her a veg nutrient. I thought about removing two leaves that are taking all the light and space. If so I dont know if I should defoliate softly or just go ahead and remove a bunch of leaves/branches to let the other ones grow properly. Opinions? Cheers my friend and thanks for stepping up as usual.

Id try to get her to stretch, A little training and you might get her back to full speed, Id suggest cutting a couple of the fan leaves off so light can reach the lower nodes, from what i can tell on the picture shes pretty tiny but seems like its keep up with growth just not height wise? what soil are you using? and is the WW getting enought space for its roots in the pot, I could see it staying very close node wise if it cant stretch its roots

She is in a solo cup, but her size is not a real problem for that cup. I really doubt that she has huge roots if she is so small. I am using cheap ass potting soil that I had sitting around and needed to get rid off (dont worry its the first and last time it happens) How do you think I should stretch her given that she is in 12/12 since 2 weeks ago. Cheers and thanks for the time and advice!

Canna,
Sorry man...forgot she was in flower. You should transpant up a bit now. And in flower, it's ok to do a little clipping if needed. When I was growing WW, I'd sometimes have to do that to open up the middle.

Well, if I want to transplant I would have to get some soil first. Do you think that she must be transplanted now? I have seen entire grows in solo cups (im not saying its the best way) and she has the size of a 7 day old seedling. What do you mean by clipping her? Sorry but I am doing my best as english is not my first language haha. I dont want to get some nail clippers and chop half of her :eyesmoke:

Canna,
The deal with transplanting in flower is that it sets the plant back...growing roots rather then creating flowers. You can get away with it now...but not in a month. that's why I said do it now.

I understand, I might transplant this weekend. Any ideas about cutting the leaves?

I would have just left her at 18/6 with nice Fox Farm Fertilizer until she got much bigger... I would switch back to Veg stage... too early for flowering...

If you want to leave her in the solo cup...it can be done but be prepared for frequent watering!

Far as trimming...just leave it alone until some action becomes obvious.

well, problem is that the plant is already small, so every new nod that is coming take approximately 40% of the light…. And im working with CFL's…. cant waste light when its a the minimum. the problem is the new leaves, I dont really like the idea of trimming leaves that are just starting to develop. I could try to top, but to be honest I dont even see the freaking top haha. As far as watering I dont really care, I can give her as much water as she requires. Cheers
