OK, heres a little history. A couple years ago I grew out some Eskos Chuckys Bride and it was by far some of the best smelling and tasting herb Ive ever had. Recently while being reminded about it by a friend, I figured Id try it again so I ordered a pack from a reputable seed bank. They got here and to start off with I only received 9(instead of 10), but I didnt say anything about it. Upon inspection the seeds looked pretty bad and not uniform at all and I figured 4 might pop and thats exactly what germed, the other five were garbage. Being disappointed that I only got the 4 to pop and I figured Id try another pack and rather than go thru all the hassle of sending cash and worrying if it would arrive at the seed bank, along with the fact I only received 9 and they were not the most viable seeds, I decided to order the second pack from another reputable seed bank that accepted CC. Well these showed up and looked good (but different from the first pack) and I went with five out of the pack(put the other 5 on hold) and they all popped. Here's my problem, they dont look the same. They were germed exactly the same, planted in exactly the same dirt, under the same lights, and everything else is equal. But these do not look like the same seedlings, the first four look alike and the second five look alike but the two different purchases look different. Color and leaf shape appear to be different genetics between the two different batches. What do you think would be the reason for the difference between the two purchases.
