I just top her and wonder what yield I can expect if I switch now 12-12
I have 4 citizen 1212 3500k cobs 220w all together, and have scrog net but I am in hurry to get medicine as soon as possible so what will you experts do in my situation to get good yield in a hurry

Maybe you get enough for a blunt or two if you switch now. Be patient; no such thing as a good yield in a hurry. At day 20 plants are barely mature enough to bloom. Experts in your situation would start more plants.

It's a plant. They do what they do on their time table. Yeah you control its light and flowering period, but it won't flower until it's ready, so there's no in a hurry. If you started flowering today you might get an eighth to a quarter ounce, but still going to be a couple months just for that. You need to let it veg a couple more weeks at a minimum.

I would let her go for 3 more weeks, that way you could work her, stretch her out, make all those side branches, from node 4 down to node 2 produce lots of tops for you, cause if you don't do that you will most likely end up with only 10 to 14 tops, which will only kick out from 28 to 50 grams of bud max!

How to get bud in a hurry - visit a dispensary or ask a friend.

Now - it does sound like you have a desire to maximize your yields. You've listed your light wattage - how big is your grow area?

@Richard Drysift
10 days on 24 - 0 or more what do you think
Probably not the answer you want but I think the plant's structure benefits from dark hours in veg. Going from 24/0 to 12/12 will cause them to get real stretchy once they start shooting pistils. They don't "sleep" but the dark period triggers the plant to grow more and tighter nodes. You can't get a plant into pre-flower mode without darkness.
I think it is easier to train plants with tight nodal spacing and multiple colas by giving them a few hours of darkness....and a fan to blow the branches around in the dark. If this was my plant I would veg at 18/6 for another 3-4 weeks and then begin reducing the hours of light by an hour is so per week until pistils emerge. Go to 17/7 and then 16/8 the next week and so on...reduces stretching between nodes and allows the plant to both veg and bloom at the same time. The alternative is to flip for two weeks and then reveg for another 2-3 weeks as in monster cropping. My goal is to avoid running out of weed.
Seems like you are ready to flip very soon which is fine. Sure go ahead and veg 10 more days but I doubt that will completely fill out a scrog net. If you lack patience and you need weed asap start more plants. Training for max yield under a scrog net takes veg time; the only shortcut I know of is to have a shitload of plants.

Pollen205 - Richard is spot on.

I know that 10 more days won't fill a net. Your plant might have the sufficient number of branches to start the SCROG training but that's about it. From where you are now, 6 weeks of vegging and weaving the new growth would nicely cover a 2' x 2' net. Hence my question about your grow space - if you want a larger footprint than 2 x 2, you would need to veg longer. You can flip to 12/12 when your netting is about 85% filled. Add in your 8 weeks flowering ... 3 weeks of drying and curing ...

A SCROG is a great way to maximize yields with minimal plants - but they do require some patience.
