this is plant problems right? Are you in the right section? Maybe try hallucinatory substances.

How about spraying the plant with water?

No not really, one day i sprayed some alga mic on it because i topped it but i didnt hit the leaves too much with the spray!

Good call, could be. And op, stop spraying them. Its not going to help the leaves any really.

Are you running cfls? At any time did they get too close and burn it?

You have 200 - 600W lamps? I think we may have isolated your issue. Power bill has to be staggering.

This issue may related to nutrient burn. I think so because the bottom leaves have issue and the top leaves don't have.

Looks like feeding has been spilled on the leaves and allowed to dry there.
