What the fuck is wrong with this seed?

I can just see a root coming out. I first saw it in 12h in wet tissue. Been a fucking week and it's being lazy as fuck and isn't growing any bigger? Why the fuck is this? Bag seed btw.

pop it in soil or whatever medium you use....might be too much moisture and not enough oxygen and beginning to dampen off ....OR have some more patience, a week ain't shit really, my friend...

That paper looks way too wet.

screw the paper towel method unless your doing hydro. otherwise just get a shot glass sized container full of soil, poke a hole in the middle with your finger, lightly cover it and wait for it to sprout. if it doesnt come up in a week or 2, dig for the seed. if its still just a seed toss it out, its sterile or something

Agreed. If it's been that wet for the entire week it's probably a goner. Could be just goo inside now.

Being a bag seed there's a fair chance it was not viable to start, anyway. Weed is usually not stored the same way seeds should be. What were the conditions? You mentioned nothing about the method.
