Order from Attitude Arrived today. $200 down the drain!

Not a single seed survived, not one.

What pisses me off even more, is that they went to the trouble to open the seal on the breeder packs, open that finicky little plastic cap on the vial, find something to pull the cotton out with, smash the seeds, then carefully stuff them back in the vial, and then back into the breeder's package.

Fucking dicks.

Of course they don't seem to care that I am a legal medical grower with a licence. I was pinching pennies hard enough to be able to afford this order, now I'm screwed. Being sick and disabled doesn't leave me with any extra cash at the end of the month and I was really counting on these meds.

Anyone know if Attitude will send replacements in this type of situation?

bro i have a feeling it wasnt the tude.... maybe customs? well maybe the tude... i ordered some seeds and three were crushed but i think it was in the mail... who knows i was going to let them know on my next order.

did you order crush proof tins? and what about the guarantee ?? if you ordered a shirt or a mug or something they will replace it, if not its all luck. u might get away with it if u at least had crush proof tins... since they did arrive and they were crushed...

That was customs trying to send you a message. They dont usually replace orders caught by customs. Good luck.

Yes, I want to make it clear that I know it was not Attitude who did this! I'm just stating that is where I ordered from, and I went so far as to purchase the mug for guaranteed shipping. They have an option when you order that they can send a t-shirt or mug for stealth shipping. Costs a little extra, but they guarantee delivery.

Yeah they guarantee delivery of your package and you got your package. I would lean toward them not replacing the seeds but if you contact them and keep a good attitude they might resend.

i've had one order snagged at customs in the us, but all they did was take the beans and put in a letter in their place, not smash the fuck out of my beans..
i have to ask wtf country do you live in m8?? i didn't recognize the customs sticker on the package where it says it was opened by customs..

in your response, as noted already, make sure you never mention seed, growing, busted by customs, or anything canna related.

make the letter very sterile, matter of fact (simple story, all fact, noting customs smashed my product) & be courteous.

I have a medical licence, so even if it's not legal for all Canadians, it is for me (although I think it's perfectly legal to posses seeds, but not germinate them here).

Suppose customs agent was having a bad day and decided to take it out on my shipment.

omg... i was super lucky then.... i just got my order from the attitude last week. it had a sticker from USA customs saying they looked inside, and it listed it as having a storage tin and a t shirt. i had the t shirt and crush proof tins from tude. i think that may have saved my ass. i think they were too lazy or rushed to open the shirt and tins. back in 2004 i ordered off of dr chornic b4 he stopped shipping to usa. i had a bright orange sticker that said flagged by customs usa, and another that said searched by usa customs. that envelope was ripped up bad and they had not found those seeds either, they were in a dvd case and the ding bats didnt take the time to search it thouroughly and find it. thank god!! that was right when the marc emery thing happened and everyones orders got that nasty letter. ive ordered thru nirvana multiple times and they ALWAYS have the best stealth man. i have not once had a package from them have anything about cutstoms on it. they do it the best it my opinion and they have bomb seeds even tho they dont have any og#18... im so sorry bro. i feel awful and enraged at the same time!!fuck canada customs. fuck usa customs. fuck ignorant anti pot right winged retards

I sent a very polite email to attitude with the photos, and made sure to only refer to 'souvenirs' etc.

Let's hope they send me a replacement order. If not, guess I'll have to start saving those pennies again.
