What Strain Produces The Biggest harvest??

I am looking at ordering some seeds from the doc and i was wondering which high quality strain would produce the biggst harvest? Also how much should i expect to get from one plant 3-5 ounces? Would white widow be a good choice? Thanks much appreciated!
