What strain is this

i'll tell you what i can. looks like a hybrid, not pure indica....my guess is 60/40, one way or the other (sativa or indica dominant). looking at the node spacing and the bud foramtions, i'd lean towards the sativa side. are the buds looking fluffy, or dense? can you see each bud node, or are they tightly packed enough that you can't see where one starts and another ends? and a spicy smell....could be an NL#5 hybrid, could be a skunk #1 hybrid, could be a hashplant hybrid. what was the weed it came from? if it wasn't good enough to name, then you've got some indica dominant commercial bud, and the best you can do is treat it better than the cash-croppers that grew it. i know that i've had weed that was garbage, but if i had grown it, flushed it, dried it and cured it right, it would have been more than half decent. good luck, bro.

Whoa. Where I'm from, "Beasters" is short for BC Bud - likely BigBud. It's their big yield commercial strains. We also call it Cannugget - Cannuck Nugget. It's high end commercial. Nothing fancy.. taste is blah.. smoke is blah.. buds are too dense.. just lots of it per plant. It sells cheap. Seeds are always a big no-no on price, no matter what the strain. For instance, within the past year, I got indoor hydro Sour Diesel for $360/oz. - sensi. In November, I got outdoor Sour Diesel from clones of the hydro i mentioned, but seeded (with Christ only knows what).. $250/oz.

Yes, Sour Diesel street price near me is cheap as shit! Cannugget around here is roughly $280/oz., sensi or very few seeds. If you got these out of a bag of something someone called 'Beasters' and you live near the Canadian border (within a few hours drive), you probably have BC Bud's Big Bud. If it has massive, tight buds when it's done, that's a real likely scenario. People with no sense of taste love Big Bud. It's the Budweiser of weed, if you ask me. Although, I'm growing Top44, which is another high end commercial, so fuck me, I guess! ;)

Bottom line is it's nearly impossible to tell you what strain you have w/ 100% certainty. Your mention of 'beasters' might be a helpful clue, since that's a locale term.. SoCal buddies of mine or people in AZ / Fla. had never heard the term before. So.. if I'm right about your location, check out bc bud's website and look at all of their high yield commercial strains. Research those strains and compare online pics to your finished plant. Highly likely you gots one of 'em, if I'm right.

Oh thanks for that info. The buds seem very dense and have a spicy smell. I got the seed out of a 40 sac of high mids (it was dank). Im growing indoors and using fox farm nutes and soon gunna water with molasses so hopefully i can get better quality. I really hope to get an OZ and sell it individually and make about $300

Probably some sort of commercialized NL#5...so maybe you've got some good genetics. i think you might be better off just smoking it though. whats the point of all your hard work if you're just gonna sell it?

So you're gonna grow one plant and sell it? If that's BB, you should easy clear 1 oz. w/ some left to smoke. Leave the lowest buds ON the plant and put it back into veg.. 18/6. Snip some of the rootball back with scissors. You will probably harvest again. Once you see a couple inches new growth on the re-veg'd plant, put her back into flower. Keep making a Z / 2 months to smoke / sell.. whatever.

Well yea this was a lot of hard work and trouble but i also spent probably about a $100 total on supplies, nutes, lights, everything else. So i want to at least make $100 profit and maybe if there is some left depending on how much i get i will save some for smoke.
