What should the soil pH be for growing White..

What should the soil pH be for growing White Widow. I can't find the information anywhere does anyone know? I have everything ready to go. Seeds, lights and all, I just need to know more about the soil White Widow should be grown in.

Hey buddy

I've grow white widow in soil before, was a while ago,but you'll not need to try and change the Ph of your soil, if its bought compost, it will be a bit acidic already, which it what most plant prefer "ericaceous" but if your using soil from your back yard then you'll need to test the soil first bro,but for soil, your plants will prefer 6.8

Alright man, thanks for the info. I'll get some compost from the store then. I just wasn't sure if I needed to do anything else to it.
 
that was not so good advice man. watch your ph often, it might go very acidic if you add some nutes. 6.5-6.8 is good like he said

I Would agree that you should watch your PH closely but he right about the 6.8 Ph thats a good Ph for soil.....thats about where i keep mine

So basically you should always try to keep the soil pretty consistent and 6.5 pH?
I thought it may be different for different strains of plants.
