What should I do

Very carefully.

Support it with a couple of sticks stuck in like you do with bammboo stakes but get some shish kabob sticks at the store that you would use for grilling. There like large toothpicks. I only mention that cuz I have them on hand I guess it could be supported with just soil.

Tape something around the lip of the cup making it a few inches taller and add more soil 3/4 way up the stem. then leave it alone till its a foot tall. then replant

Actually instead of taping something around it use another cup and cut that cup in half it then slip that over the plant into the other cup leaving the height you want and then when it grows you can slip the cup up if you want to add more soil if needed.

I tried that
It’s too much dirt in the cup to cover it with dirt and I cant knock dirt off the bottom because I can see roots all way to the bottom and I don’t want to disturb the root ball

Just transplant to a larger pot and bury that part of the stalk it will then make roots which is a good thing. Its time to transplant anyway. Its a nice looking baby indica.

You can grow a plant a foot plus tall easily in a solo cup. You just have to water it more often.

Seriously .... You should have up potted from the FIRST SIGN of weird growth.
All of that stem could have been root spots , you more than likely stunted it.

Up pot her / him .... No sticks , no scotch tape , no midgets . Just a simple up pot.
( into final pot )

ABUSE !!!! Solo cups are good for 9-12 days max from germination if you are pushing them with 24 hours of high quality light and good amended dirt. Then upgrade to at LEAST 5 gallon. So you keep the party rocking with fast vigorous growth. I like to race against time and germ mid to late Aug. to get them fat before fall and see what they do. (I know i'm a sick, sick man) but I like tending bonsai weed plants late fall around my patio. Nobody knows the wiser.
