What should i do?

It is my first time growin and ive been growing my plant for a couple of months now. I used a UV light on them when they where just small seedlings but it didnt seem to work that well so i just moved it infront of a window so it can use sunlight and that has worked so far, i also havnt used anything else on it apart from Babybio as im kinda short on cash . But it seems to be gowing a bit slow, like i said i have been growing for a couple of months (bout 3-4) and its only bout 1.4ft. What should i do to promote growth?

I am also pretty sure its female but ive added a few pics so ppl can look n let us know what they think.

need some nutes, and maybe try superthrive yeah and get some cfl's or floro's for light if short on cash. but the sunlight isn't cutting it

oh and it looks like it's flowering

And cfl's il get some of them n then shud i start it on a 12/12?

i see the female hairs you can veg it indef if you want i would so it fills out more lack of light has really hurt it. i'm no good with nutes i use expert garderner tomato fert and superthrive. my first grow but i'm having good luck with cfl's/floro's and my fert

looks like your container is too small maybe you should put it in a bigger container so the roots have room to grow.
