what seeds to use?help

I'm wondering if i find seeds in my weed that is good. will they grow? has anyone else done this? help me out.stay high out there.thanx in advanced.

yes its just called bag seed. they might be bad seeds and may not germinate but its worth a try just place them in some damp paper towel and place that in a ziplock baggy then place that in a warm dark place.
