what next ?!?

hi, so they are 11 days old now an they are in rockwool when do i put them in soil?
my mate said its when the roots come out the side of the rockwool, and they are only under a normal florescent Light when do i put them under the 400w lamp?
i got all the stuff ready an waitin but dont no when to start it all up

Usually four to five weeks is a rough idea of when to plant, some say wait till you have six nodes or wait till you have alternating nodes. You can veg as long as you want, if you want bigger plants and bigger buds wait 2 - 3 months if you want, it is one of those things that everyone does differently.

Guess I was reading it wrong, I was thinking about when to flower, if the roots are coming out of the rockwool then you should be fine putting them in a decent quality soil, now.

Since you started in rockwool you can wait till the roots are popping out of the rockwool and go for hydroponic setup.

You have a few options.

i might wait a couple of days then put them in,
im gonna use pots for the first time then try hydro next time,
im gonna use canna terra plus soil do u now if thats any gud?

Don't know, I stick with pro mix, it's given such good results I have no desire to try anything else except hydro.

When you transplant you should put them in deep enough so the cotyledons are about 2cm from the soil because your seedling have stretched a bit. Put them in soil in about a week i'd say..
