There were some spots near the place where I was raised that had regular mushroom patches. It was the same thing every year. They would start to come up and I would think "I'm gonna' grab some and identify them." I would wait a couple of days for them to grow out a bit. Go back to the spots and all those suckers would be gone. Picked. You bastards!
