Definitely initial signs of overwatering.
Water every other day or when your soil is bone dry.

Always watch the stems if you are unsure about under or over watering.

If the stems drop....they need water. if the stems stay up but the leaf droops....you have over watered.

It's simply something I have noticed. Stems are designed to hold the weight, leaves are not. When leaves get over watered....they droop, but the stem can maintain itself because of turgor pressure.

plants are e&f hydro [no water] in 4x4 rockwool blocks are flooded once every 7-10 days the good news is they appear to be straitening out & growth rate is normal & nice green color too maybe i over reacted out of everything ive grown the headband is the most sensitive to changes ill keep watching though

So underwatering.... overwatering is much more difficult to cure. More plants are lost to that than not enough water.

Good luck....glad everything is A-OK...

hey crackerjax thx for reply & yeah youre right i think overcare kills many more plants than undercare & even neglect im just gonna wait this out rockwool holds water/nutes for a long time i think thats why e&f rockwool is called the lazy mans hydro i also use 3'' r/w slabs & gh.-flora series nutes drain to waste schedule as it requires so little care & not the absolute best hydro going, ive found it works pretty good for me though

That's not just weed either.... over watering ANY plant is about the hardest thing to reverse. far better to under water than over. :peace:

if you growing in a bucket pick it up and if it feels heavy then obviously its over watered if your using hydro system spread out you timing more from the way it sounds is that your over watering are the leave curling down wards too then that means over watered :!:

It takes a bit of time to tell the difference, but underwatering and overwatering look SIMILAR, but not identical.

Then of course, there is simply picking up the container....If it isn't in the ground of course.
