What Kind of Seaweed Extract/Kelp Do You Use?

I used to use RHIZOTONIC.
My last grow I harvested 405g dry whilst still using it (4 plants under 400w)
My recent grow I ditched Rhizotonic but had 3 normal sized plants and 4 small clones, literally rooted and flowered. The 4 small plants had 26.6g dry in total for the 4.
They occupied an entire plant space that should have seen around 100g dry yield.
I achieved 380g dry whilst still ditching RHIZOTONIC.
It is most DEFINATELY not essential.
Aromas, flavours and potency are all still apparent in my recent harvest.
Not looking to get flamed, just saying I'm another who doesn't actually use any anymore.
What I do use is canna coco A/B, Canna mono Ca, canna mono Mg, canna PK1314 (when required), that's about it.

I would say using kelp seaweed is more for feeding the faculative microlife and epiphytes, first and then their poop in turn is used by plants or other fungi.....what is the natural process when seaweed washes ashores, dries and is blown into seaside forest and decomposes into the "soil" or O layer? Pretty simple, don't need to blabber on how it doesn't work. It does, but just describing the process shortcomings is probably more relevant.
And if we are going to high and might kick, even those who espouse "soil" for other mediums of the liquid variant. Kelp could be redoxed in solution and fed once it is aerobic again as fertilizer, just like they did since the history of time up until some chemist decided they would corner the plant "fertilizer" market. Nanners.

floralicious +Just curious about what kind you have used, what you use currently, and why.
I use Grow More Seaweed Extract and like the results, it has beautiful organic smell to it.
I'm almost out and will need to buy more soon and was wondering about other possible options to see if the flavor profile changed at all with different kinds or how much results can vary.
Have you found that different 'brands' have slightly different taste in the final product?

Kelp is beneficial on a small scale but only if your plants are lacking what they should already have.
It can be a quick fix if they're stressin from heat or slight def as a folair but, there actually are no "active" auxins availble in kelp if you read up on it.
The cytonkinins found in kelp are the real benefit.
Cytokinins improve bud shoot development moreso than Plant auxins alone, But they work in tandem together.
Kelps doesnt necessairily provide a huge benefit by itself and is more useful in conjunction with other organic sources of nutrients as well

and if kelp is useless than i guess the coastal famers of norway, england, spain, ect have wasted their time pulling it inland to use on their crops for 1000s of years now...
