Looks like nutrient burn, either your PPM is to high, or your giving her to much to frequently. Flush her for a couple of weeks and tweek the food DOWN a lil bit

i was using some 5-2-1 all thru vegging, usually feeding with every other watering. started at about 1/8 strength and gradually worked up to full strength. also been supplementing with calmag every now and then. i tested the ph runoff the other day and it was between 4-5. i'm gonna try and lay off any nutes for at least a week, and i'll also try letting my tap water sit out for a day or two before i water.

Why ask us...you got it totally figured. I know this hasn't anything to do with the problem but what I'd like to suggest is like I always put about a half gallon of still water in a gallon jug and shake it really good before I water the plants. This helps to airate the water.
