What kind if defficiency is this?

Amnesia grown in promix with General Organics nutes. 2 weeks into flower. I have slacked on phing lately since everyone says promix buffers itself and my nutes were averaging about 6.3 anyway. What is going on here? I let them get kinda dry last week and lost some leaves but this isn't improving.

Salt buildup? Overfeeding? If you have a ppm pen it would be interesting to know your runoff ppms (but, not sure how GO's products might read differently than I'm accustomed to.). When I get around 2500ppm runoff my plants start looking like that. I see mg def, but I think it's burning and lockout.

Yeah unfortunately I don't have a pen. I thought these organic nutes didn't have salt build up problems. I'll probably give ph'd water tonight just in case. They have been feeding fine up till now but I did switch to half flowering nutes half veg so maybe the flowering nutes are hotter.

Do you feed with runoff? That helps remove salts. I do 20-30% runoff. But, I don't use GO. I don't know if that's a desirable practice with those. Organics tend to acidify. Maybe someone who uses GO can answer. You could ask how people use it on the general->nutrients forum. Link to this thread.

If it were me, without knowing more about it. I would feed half-strength with 50-100% runoff. That's what I do feeding Grow More Sea Grow which has some organic ingredients.

What soil do you use?

I just started to run into the same problem. Im thinkin PH or too much light? Guess well find out. Subbed and will let you know how mine goes. Light and dark green as well as some yellowing browning. More one strain rather than my others. IMG_3745.JPG

See I have 2 of the same plants but only one with this problem. The other has its own problems lol

Ive watered twice in the past 4 days with 20% run off and half strength cal-mag to do a flush and see if this works. To me it looks like it could be calcium or magnesium or just a PH ClusterF**K. So looks like were in the same boat. I will do a half strength feeding tomorrow and will let you know what the next couples days of new growth looks like. Shitty part is that I was planning on flipping tomorrow since they've been growing for 8 weeks already. Should I wait to flip until I get this under control?

When I started growing I used GH Flora 3-part and fed heavy. I only got nute burn. No buildup or acidity that I noticed (much). When I switched to Grow More Sea Grow (which has some organic ingredients, unlike 3-part) I fed heavy, didn't see nute burn, thought I was dialed in. And then everything blew up early flower. I thought it was ca/mg def. I thought it was acidic soil.

It took me quite awhile treating various things before I cut my nutes in half, and everything got better.

I thought of that reading your post. It sounds like how I would have described my problem. That's when I discovered runoff ppms. 2500 is where it happens to me. I start taking action when it reaches 2000, and definitely at 2200. I try to stay at 1600-1800 in mid to late flower.

But, your nutrients could be different. The only way to know is to monitor it during a grow and see if you can detect a correlation. I hardly ever measure mine now because I know how strong (and how much runoff) to stay below that accumulation.

I didnt use anything to flush, I just did two waters in a row with twice the run off. My plants are huge and suck a 7 gal bone dry within 48 hours so ill have to water them. You're saying to keep using just water? Im in ocean forrest and use the full canna line up.

Any luck with what you have going on? I fixed my problem quickly with a foliar spray of cal/mag as I was adjusting my PH back up. Hope this helps

I cut nutes to half and ph'd down and it seems to be better. Still have some yellow but not as much and it's still the lower leaves.
